We want you to absolutely love your Wise Hazel purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to report any issues, including dissatisfaction, damages, or requests for a return or exchange.

💫 For Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days and include clear photos of the damage to be eligible for a replacement or return. Photos help us assess the issue and file any necessary shipping claims.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges:

We do accept returns and exchanges on eligible items, provided they are unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

💸 Refunds:

We offer partial refunds in many situations—especially if only part of your order was affected or if a return isn’t feasible.
Full refunds are only issued in rare cases where:

• All other customer service efforts (replacements, exchanges, store credit, etc.) have been exhausted, and
• The customer is still genuinely dissatisfied with the resolution.
